Franchising Can Be Like Baking Cookies

In order to make cookies you first have to prepare the cookie dough.  Next you shape and bake the cookies.  Then, yum, they are ready to eat and enjoy.  One batch of dough makes many!

In order to franchise, one must first prepare the legal documents, operations manual, marketing materials, and advertising program.  Perhaps we might call this the “franchise dough.”  Then as you begin to sell franchises, you are, in essence, “baking cookies.”  Of course, in this case the initial franchise dough turns into real dough later on.

Our main role is to prepare the cookie dough (franchise program) for you.  However, we not only handle all of the necessary preparatory franchise steps, but are also involved in consulting with you in the advertising and sales aspect of franchising for our clients.  After all, selling franchises is the entire purpose of a franchise development program, and it’s fun!
